[Resolved]  Ansal API — Truth about ansal Township-Jaipur

Dear Sir,

I have bought a splendour house in Ansal Sushat city,Jaipur in 2009..While purchasing the flat I was told that my splendour apartment will be ready in next two year time and till now I have already spent 18 months chasing ansal office in the town ship and no one seems to care for the same..The project is no where near completition..This is the same situation for Dream homes and other ongoing projects in township..Hundreads of buyers are waiting for activites to happen in Ansal Township but township is so deserted even after 6 years of its existence..

Same is case of Ansals township at Kundli,Karnal,Yamunanagar,Ajmer,Jodhpur I advice end users not to buy any resale property in any of such Ansals township..Most of township are fully sold and in total of 80% is purchased by investors..End users will have to wait for atleast 8-10 yeras for any comfort in these townships.

Families those are staying in Ansal sushant ctiy are facing hardships as there is no basic facilities available..Neither there is any effort from Ansal staff at Sushant city jaipur to expedite completition process.Ansal Staff Mr Anurag Verma is such of an irresposible person and and act like an owner of township..

There is also news of Ansal sushant city fighting case with Jaipur Development authority for an aquisition of land where splendour homes and Dream Homes is coming up...
