Sub: Complaint of TT

Dear Sir,

I would like to pay all your attention towards the problem face by m my family on 04/04/2009 travelling by Amritsar Nanded train no 2716 i.e. New Delhi to Burhanpur.(PNR[protected]

Our ticket was in WL-16, when we reached station and confirmed from the TT, he said it had come up to WL-8, after 15-20 minutes My father was shocked to see that TT was allocating the seats to local ticket holder by collecting amount and bribe. When my father asked him that why he is allocating the tickets to new guy and not confirming the tickets one who are holding 3A ticket, he told that he cannot help them out. I just want to ask if it is right to do that not confirming the tickets and allocating the tickets once who have taken general ticket and give amount of 100-200 as Bribe to TT. Kindly take the action against the TT so that next time any traveller doesn't come across same problem
