on 21.06.2010, i had ordered jewellery product code i 113. on 28.06.2010,i,received my order of jewellery in which one item was from code i113 and remaining 2 items were from product code i 115 and that too defective peices were delivered.
same day the complaints was lodged and some parminder attended to say that it will be changed but did not gave me complaint no. on the pretext that the system is not working.
on 08.07.2010, i again called to inquire and was attended by mrinal saying they do not have the product and my money will be refunded in 1 month. again no complaint no. was given with stereotype answer that system is not working.
WONDER HOW THE COMPANY WORKS WITH FAULTY SYSTEM FOR SO LONG TO SELL PRODUCTS.

by this time the malafide intentions of the company was clear.
the customer care staff is fully trained to give no complaint no.,refused to give senior executives name and no.and doing anything to help the customer for no fault of him.
i was told that refund will take 3 months whlile charging through card only took 2 seconds.i was adviced to keep watever i have as the refund will never come.
after going through other customers complaints ,it is regretted to say that ava is sure a fraud and have put to shame other on line shoping,throgh which there was never a problem.
will i get my refund ever?
do i have to go to consumer court,which i will surely do.
will my problem be addressed to at ur earliest?
would wish to be attended to and response to my complaint is sought.
