[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance — Duped by Agent -Raman Rao

Mr.Raman Rao of Aviva Life insurance is a big fraud.
Beware of him.

He promised me a policy and signed me up for a totally different policy. He has forged my signature to create ECS consent form and then got into invisible mode by changing his number three times. The numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected].
He says he has resigned from Aviva and even Aviva does not respond anymore. They sent me a letter stating that my premium payments worth Rs.10k cannot be resutned, even though I submitted the surrender form in the free look period. They say the delay is from the Agent, so cant help it.

Please do not encourage this fraud Raman Rao who is from Vizag. He says he is in Hospital, Jail and all possible reasons for his escape.

Better to avoid Aviva.
