I am highly disappointed with Bajaj Capital Services. Through them, I have started 3 SIPs out of which only Birla Sunlife MF is working and
rest are not working due to right documents are not reaching to vendors - Reliance and DSP Blackrock.
Multiple times their executive came and taken the form with docs but no result. Why did ECS mandate form not reached to them?
Also mutual fund portfolio reflected is completly wrong as per my self-tracking and discussions with MF players.
Apart from that I have taken Kotak Life policy[protected] through them but neither I have recieved document since 5 months nor this is reflected in my portfolio board.
I am fed-up with their services. Due to your wrong-doing, every month my bank rejects incomplete ECS mandate through DSP Blackrock and Reliance.
Even after giving brokerage, this type of services and pain leaves me with no option but to cancel the portfolio and ask for compensation.
