1. On 17th august, I received my order no.[protected], a hand held
vacuum cleaner, which was broken and non-functional.
2. On 18th august, I informed bhaap.com via email of this fact.
3. On 19th august, their customer service dept (cs) emailed me asking
for a photo of the damaged product.
4. On 23rd this photo was provided to them. Thereafter there was no
communication from their side.
5. On 5th sept, since there was no response from their side, an email
reminder was sent.
6. I received an email on 5th sept from their customer service dept that a courier
will pick up the damaged item which will be replaced.
7. Till 21st sept, no courier had contacted me and hence, I sent
another reminder email. There was no response from their side.
8. On 1st october, I was greatly surprised to receive an email from
your side stating that the complaint had been closed as it had been
resolved!!. Ireplied that this is not so and requested them
to resolve it immediately as it has been unduly prolonged.
9. They have neither contacted me nor have they replaced the defective product or re-imbursed me for the same.
