Bharti Airtel Mobile Services. . Delhi Circle — paid bill not credited to my airtel account

dear sir/madam,

im an airtel customer from delhi circle.. i paid Rs.800/- on airtel relationship center at UA-28 bungalow road, jawahar nagar, kamla nagar, delhi on 8th Feb, 2009 for my mobile no. [protected]. The person at the billing counter refused to give me the receipt saying that at that moment there was some systemic problem. She however promised me that the amount would be credited to my airtel account by evening of 10th feb. Till now my payment has not been credited. The due date for the bill has already expired on 14th feb, 2009. i'v been calling up that airtel outlet everyday and they r making false promises that it will be credited soon. now they r saying that they have lost the transaction id.. Kindly take note of my problem sir and help to redress it.
