Airtel — cheating the customer and calling them cheater.
I paid the post paid bill using a Check. and it never got updated for two months. then I stopped paying the bills as hope to resolve the issue. They barred my outgoing and incoming. But they never forgot add monthly rental. Now the bill is 1045 and they have updated my previous issue and now asking to pay billls . what iam supposed to uBharti Airtel Services — Charges for job alert
Dear Sirmy mob no. is [protected] ( Airtel Sim ) I have complaint aginst airtel as they are charging Rs 1/- per day for job alert which i have never asked and not interested also
I have complaint to their 123 custmer care no. also but reply comes this request can not b processed. Kindly do needful and ask the airtel company to return my money and stop charging for job alert

Due to lot of dissatisfaction and cheating attitude of your representatives, I am forced to write you. That Airtel Services in Noida is more than worse.
Recently I have taken a connection No.[protected] on 30.01.2013 though Airtel Sector-58. After 3 days my services were stopped saying that some bill of 2 years back was due. I have shown all my emails and letter from Airtel showing that my full and final payment was already given in airtel. That time also, some representative came to my home gave me full and final payment letter and took cheque. That amount was credited in airtel account.
Now, when after some time when I have taken a new connection, they said we have disconnected your this connection because still some amount is reflected in our account, it is red tagged, etc.
I have a talk with Mr. Kunal phone number- [protected], who apologies that we have verified our previous records and by mistake this are red flagged and due to that your line is temporary disconnected. You just pay some 270/- Rs. For your 3-4 days operational line charges, we promise within 4 hour it will be connected. Many times I told you send me some email, he said That I cannot send until you pay this outstanding 270/- . I was again cheated by Airtel people. When I called him, he gave call to some one else or maybe he cheated and name was also wrong.
If there was anything due at my part and it was red flagged or black listed..Why Airtel has given me new number/connection? Who will return my money that was taken for new connection? I have recorded voice of your representative and the number which is taken against airtel call centre at okhala-III new delhi, which can be produced in the court of law to prove that Airtel do cheating with its customer.
Still and I am getting messages and email for some more bill..you think one side it is disconnected another side sending bills..always Airtel does like this and after some time you people will say pay some more bill.
I appeal to all users that Never listen to any executive over phone get everything in writing from fixed email addresses.

Bharti Airtel Services — regarding installation of broadband
Dear Sir,I have applied a broad band connection on 2nd April 2008 in the name of Mr. Rakesh Sharma, installation place 46/13, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The representative whose name is Mr. Ramesh and his mobile no. is [protected] from your side has come and fill the form which no. is D-1155107, but not give me any receipt for my deposit of Rs. 500/- which I gave him. And till date there is no response from your end. I have also contact Customer Care centre they are telling that there is no entry of my mine. And when I make a call on your above said representative the phone is switched off.
Now please help me what I have to do, if Bharti Airtel people doing these type of activity and take a long time to their customer for installing broad band.
