Big Bazaar — product not delivered yet

I purchased a whirl pool refrigerator on[protected] by paid 13950/- on cash and 1450 coupons
They said me to product delivered on[protected], after the date also they have not informed me , i made many calls to them all of the times they produce lot of reasons , after that i personally visit the showroom thrice but they have not delivered my product till now i.e.,[protected]. They fooled me many time,test my patience levels at higher .please take necessary action
