After suffering so much from BIG FLIX, I had given the below mail, which is self-explanatory:-

Please note that I had booked your service from Big Bazaar, Explanade, Kolkata on 03.01.2009. Your Sales Representative first cheked from your internel list and confirmed me that the delivery address provided me comes into your service area. He had asked me to list a few movies in queue and hand over to him, after doing so he commited me that after 2 days, I will be recieving an sms on my mobile and soon after the movies will be delivered to my doorstep.
Till 05.01.2009, I had not recieved any feed back from your end and hence I called up to your customer care department. Your Customer Care representative informed me that she had not found any such information that the order has been booked and then she took the No mentioned in the card provided by your sales representative, which is 58371170. She also requested me to queue up few movies after recieving an sms.
On 06.01.2009, 20:34Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - Welcome to BIGFlix. Your BIGFlix Member Id: 58371170 your password for BIGFlix account is 81366892
On 06.01.2009, 20:35Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - Your Queue (movie wishlist) is EMPTY. Sign-in to bigflix.com to create Queue of atleast 25 titles for uninterrupted home deliveries. BIGFlix
On reciept of the same, I logged on to internet and queued up few movies again.
On 07.01.2009, 16:03Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - Your Queue (movie wishlist) is 10 titles. Sign-in to bigflix.com or use kiosk at stores to Queue atleast 25 movies for free home deliveries. BIGFlix
I could not understand how can you ask for more before delivering my earlier requirement????
Still I sit back and waited for your representative to deliver the movies
Suddenly on 09.01.2009, 11:02Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - We have sent out 'Singh Is Kinng-2008-Big Home V..' for delivery. After watching, sms PICK to 55454 to get the next movie delivered from your Queue. BIGFlix
But I did not recieved any DVD/VCD physically, still I waited like a stupid thinking that you people might have slept and will deliver the movie after you wake up.
But again suddenly on 10.01.2009, 11:00Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - We have sent out 'Mon Amour-2008-Shradha Home Video' for delivery. After watching, sms PICK to 55454 to get the next movie delivered from your Queue. BIGFlix
I was totally confused and called up your customer care department, your customer care representative gave me a few false commitment that "he will look into the matter, lodge a complaint, movies will be deliver very next day etc etc..."
I was again stupid enough to believe the words of that bloody fool. And again I waited for that person.
Again on 12.01.2009, 14:17Hrs, I recieved an sms from 55454 writting - Starting tomorrow, all pick up requests received before 7:00 am will be serviced the same day. Call[protected] for details. BIGFlix
Can you reply to this joke that the movies will picked up from my doorstep, which was never delivered at all.

Suquentially, like a bloody robot I again called up your customer care representative. But shockingly after knowing my customer ID, she asked me, "Sir, our movie is lying with you, should we somebody to pick it up."
I mean, are you here for doing business or making robary?????
But after knowing my actual problem, she again repeated the same story, "she will look into the matter, lodge a complaint, movies will be deliver very next day etc etc...", I informed her that these commitments have already been made to me, she acknowledged that she can see that the complaint is made and the movie will be delivered by next day positively, I also asked what is the solution, if the same is not delivered till next day also? She told by any how, the movie will be delivered by next day.
OK, I again waited till 15.01.2009. But after loosing my patience I again called up your Customer Care department on 15.01.2009. Some picked up the phone and after hearing everything, he told that the area I am staying does not comes under your service area.
WHAT THE HELL???????????
Does reliance do all this fake things traditionally????
Helplessly I am writting this mail and pasting this mail body at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/ to get saved from your intentionally corrupted organisation.
Hope your next generation will try to learn fair business.

BigFlix — Irregular delivery/pick up & worst Customer Service
To all those who are planning to subscribe movie rental services of BigFlix, be prepared for some of the tricks by BigFlix. Do not expect 30 or 20 or 10 movies per month. If you do so it is just foolishness.First of all, it will take 10 days to start the delivery of first movie. You end up waiting like a dog at home. When you call to CC you will get a reply apologizing for what had happened and that they have taken the complaint. Whenever you call you get the same response. Hey BigFlix, you better keep that in the IVR so that no need of a person to repeat the same stuff again and again to multiple customers. One more thing is you never get connected to a CC officer whithin 3 mins of time. Till then you have to listen to the services offered by them which they fail to provide. May be that is the reason you will not get connected soon cos many customers would be complaining.
Funniest reply I got the other day was "Sir, I have taken your complaint and you will get the movie today itself" and the time I called that was at 8.30 in the evening. When I asked how is it possible, he replied "don't worry sir you will get the movie today itself". This is nothing but .
Other problem I faced is you will recieve sms saying your movie is delivered but you dont get it. The next day the movie is disappeared from your queue. What these stupids are doing I don't understand. If you are not able to deliver it atleast do it the next day. Why do you delete it from the list? It's test for your patience to add movies in the website. The concept was good but the way it was designed is bad.
The kind of movies they provide and the network they have is good and if they try to rectify these delivery issues and pickup requests with more care definitely the customer base increases and thereby profits too. As long as the service is not improved, you wont get any positive feedback or word of mouth publicity. You only have to add customers by giving some offers which is not going to help for long run.
