[Resolved]  Bigadda — Cheating in phone dealing & no after sales services during warranty period

I have purchased one mobile phone called GFive through online deal with BIGADDA SHOP A Division of Reliance Entertainment on April 21st 2011 for Rs 3399/-. While booking my order I specially asked whether the the mobile is China make or Indian make. I was told that it is Indian make & hence i booked the same product. However when I physically received the product I got the China make but the delivery boy collected the cash from me before handing over to me & he left before I could returned the same mobile. Further when I checked the mobile I found it defective, its camera is not working & it is switiching off after few minutes use. So I called the HIGADDA SHOP & told them, "first of all I dont want your product because it is China Made & also it is not working properly". But they denied to give me their address to returned the product & I was told that my complaint is registered with their technical department & I will receive a call from their technical departmetn.
However after regular followups with BIGADDA SHOP on phone no [protected] with Mr. Sachin Patil, I did not receive any reply from them. I don't want their China make mobile & I want my money back or atleast any Indian make mobile.

BIGADDA — useless mobile by bigadda

i purchased a touch screen mobile from Bigadda through online shopping abhi 15 din bhi huye nahi or handset is not working.these companies cheat with customer showing huge discounts but actually the products are of third quality. i advice everyone never ever buy any product from BIGADDA or any other online company.my next step would be to launch complaint with grahak suraksha & if i wil not get fruitful result i will suit case against them.

BIGADDA — Mobile which has been given for replacing hasn't returned yet

I purchased ROCKPAD FROM BIG ADAA 9 months ago of Rs 2999+200 delivery charges!!We returned the product within 2 days due to the damage in the screen which was already present in the handset provided by them.We also registered a complaint about the default damaged product and they told us that the man will come n take the handset for the replacement!The man came and took the phone but never returned till now!!Manier tym we called them for the enquiry about the replacement for which they answered that the phone havent reached to them yet.GROSS!!then we called The Aramax Domestic Courier company for the further enquiry they told us that they have already sent our product to BIG ADAA! Plus wenever we called BIG ADAA CUSTOMER CARE they told us that they will send the replacement product within 6 days but its been 8 and half months till now nothing came to us!!!we are helpless..please take our complaint into consideration!!hope that you will solve our problem as soon as possible,,,,THANK YOU!!

big adda shop , mobile phone — received the mobile phone which is not working

I have ordered mobile hand set in BIG ADDA shop online on june 5, 2011. the company delivered my order after one week. the mobile they delivered is not working from the of deliver it self. i have given compliant on the same day. they said that, they will deliver good piece with in one week and they did not deliver it. i called them again and they started disconnecting my call after speaking with me for some time. this the fourth month and they till not responding to my call.

I Purchased jun 2011 Blackberry 9530 Mobile phone. I order GSM Sim used model. but i received CDMA sim Model ( Before 4 month Complient No- [protected] ) many time I complient your sales people but still not replace the mobile phone so pls replace the GSM sim use mobile immediatly other wise return my payment.

I too had very bad experience with bigadda. They have sent a expired product in August'11 and till date they have neither replaced it nor refunded the amount.
I have a very bad experience with Big Adda I booked a philips Q T4019 (order no[protected] and made full payment of Rs 1090 on 4 july 2012 but I could not recieved any items till date. I made a number of call to [protected] but no one pick the call. I think Bigadda is totaly FRAUD.
