Hi,My father had sent my Identity proof via them on the 28th and I got no response from them till the 3rd of Oct. When I called them on the number 26524923 and 41709053, they kept disconnecting my call and nobody could tell where the documents are. If they were not able to find the address, they should have called me on the numbers given on the envelope. Firstly, they didn do their service well and on top they are not ready to give any proper information,instead they kept diconnecting my call. We cant take risks with documents that are so important...I think stricty action should be taken against them

Blaze Flash Courier Limited — non delivery of parcel even more than 20 days late
i have send a parcel in the date of 15th dec 2010 from badarpur(new delhi) to nagaon(assam). But the delivery was not reached the destination in spite of its more than 15 days late. this is a case of negligible. the parcel contains some special documents which have to deliver on the proper time. but the company makes me a huge loss by not delivering on the proper time. no courier service takes this much time to deliver a parcel. so i request you to look after the matter and makes the company to fulfill my loss.the information related to the parcel i m giving below,
