MY BROTHER SHRI KAMLENDRA KUMAR SENT SOME IMPORTANT ITEMS/DOCUMENTS TO PATNA THROUGH BLAZE FLASH COURIER(DOCKET/BILTY NO.[protected] ON 8/6/11 FROM SIRMOUR HIMACHAL PRADESH., WHEN I ENQUIRED FROM MANAGER OF BLAZE FLASH OFFICE DANAPUR(PATNA),MR. V.P. SINGH, MOBILE NO.[protected], FIRSTLY HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE A SATISFACTORY REPLY,AGAIN ON BEING FURTHER INQUIRED, HE REPORTED DELIVERY OF SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT TO SOME BODY IN NOIDA.ON MY BEING ASKED HOW ANY ASSIGNMENT ADDRESSED FOR PATNA AS DESTINATION COULD BE DELIVERED TO NOIDA,HE ADVISED ME TO TRACE MY CONSIGNMENT AT MY OWN IN A VERY UNSOLICITED WAY,I ALSO GAVE MY INTRODUCTION AND TRIED TO IMPRESS UPON HIM THAT TRACKING THE CONSIGNMENT IS HIS DUTY AND THE IMPORTANCE OF SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT FOR ME. SUDDENLY HE LOST HIS COOL AND TOLD ME TO DO WHATEVER I CAN DO.HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE,INSULTING AND UNBECOMING OF A MANAGER ENGAGED IN PUBLIC DEALING ON DAY TO DAY BASIS.ALTHOUGH WE ARE A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF YOUR COURIER SERVICE,BUT SUCH BEHAVIOR SHOWN BY YOUR STAFF IS SHOCKING AND PAINFUL.STILL WE HAVE NOT
RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION OF MY CONSIGNMENT.REQUEST TAKE NECESSARY ACTION,AND LET ME KNOW THE ACTION TAKEN, BEING A BONAFIDE CUSTOMER.NOW WE WILL THINK TWICE OF AVAILING SERVICES OF YOUR COURIER. D.K. JHA DEPUTY COMMANDANT C.R.P.F PATNA

Blaze Flash Courier Limited — non delivery of parcel even more than 20 days late

i have send a parcel in the date of 15th dec 2010 from badarpur(new delhi) to nagaon(assam). But the delivery was not reached the destination in spite of its more than 15 days late. this is a case of negligible. the parcel contains some special documents which have to deliver on the proper time. but the company makes me a huge loss by not delivering on the proper time. no courier service takes this much time to deliver a parcel. so i request you to look after the matter and makes the company to fulfill my loss.

blaze flash courier limited — Bad Service and rude/unhelpful attitude

Hi,

My father had sent my Identity proof via them on the 28th and I got no response from them till the 3rd of Oct. When I called them on the number 26524923 and 41709053, they kept disconnecting my call and nobody could tell where the documents are. If they were not able to find the address, they should have called me on the numbers given on the envelope. Firstly, they didn do their service well and on top they are not ready to give any proper information,instead they kept diconnecting my call. We cant take risks with documents that are so important...I think stricty action should be taken against them
