[Resolved]  Blazeflash Couriers Ltd — non delivery of courier

i have sent a courier to Delhi from blazeflash's Ranchi, jharkhand, india on 06/10/2008 but the courier is still not delivered, today is 15/10/2008. Does it takes 10 days for a courier company to deliver a courier from Ranchi to Delhi (places having daily rail and air link) ? my docket no is[protected], is there anyone who is responsible for this trouble ? does this courier company does't need people to send courier thru them as it overburdened with work ?

Only one no is working on which Madam Manju has attended but she is so casual in attitude that she is not bothered to register the complaints also.She has make me to hold on STD call for more than 15 min,I hope you people don't feel the importance of time of yours as well as of customers,I would like to bring in your notice if you are not aware the details of no. you have displayed on net on courier slip are not working:

I request you to kindly get this courier done today .I am also going to register a complaint in consumer forum against you and your services you are claiming to provide the to your customers,but actually they are the bluff what you show to attract your customers.
