Bramha Builders are born gundas. They are land sharks, landgrabbers, looters, started with pickpocketting, plooting mumbai pune highway travellers by putting chilli powder in their eyes, forcefull grabbing lands from widows. they are all murderers. They feel that police, ministers judiciary in their pockets. With the help of police bribed judges bribed they are moving free. Thanks to the CORRUPT SARKAR

Residency club pune has been constructed illegally on defence land. LE MERIDIAN PUNE 10000 crores have been given bribes to the defence personals, judges of the courts, beaurocrats, police departments, ministers. income tax department etc etc

Such a big Scam and govt is doing nothing. Bigger scam than Adarsh scam. What is the Government doing.

The biggest fraudsters cheaters in India welknown for gundagardi, looting, murdering, cheating. None of their lands are purchased clearly. They have grabbed and snatched and murdered people for their properties. They throw bribes to police departments, judges, courts, ministers, medias, govt officials, criminals, underworlds. Upto when this will continue. Their day will come soon when GOD will show them and their families. They will have to repay for their misdeeds. This is high time. Government lands have been grabbed. Lands have been grabbed from ultra poor farmers, underprivelege families, widows, orphans. Everything goes unnoticed as the entire system is corrupted. Every person in authority has a price tag. Everyone here is saleable.

This is a complaint on behalf of residents of AGAKHAN Compound, 13 connaught road, Opp Pune Railway Station. On the night of 9th of April 2011 at 2.30 am Ram Agarwal, Ajay Agarwal, Vishal Agarwal, Surendra Agarwal, Praveen Shetty, Singh and 10 other goons had come with illegal revolvers and weapons and brandishing swords entered the houses by breaking open doors and forcibily throwing men, women, children, senior citizens, beating them and threatening them to kill if they do vacate their ancesteral land since a century.

Ram Agarwal and Praveen Shetty were roaring with revolvers in their hand that no police nor any politician nor any bureaucrat, nor the chief minister, prime minister, sonia gandhi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal krishna Advani, Sharad Pawar, can come for help as he gives bribes regularly to all of them. He told that police are dogs and bones are thrown in his illegal Residency Club and Le Meridian with WINE and WOMEN.

There are thousands of complaints with the commissioner office, pune station police chowky, bundgarden police station, crime branch against Bramha Builders but Pune police is protecting him and tearing complaints against him for Rs 10 lacs per complaint as told by Ram Agarwal. On many instances Ram Agarwal has given in wiriting in front of POlice commissioner that he wont interfere in the AGAKHAN COMPOUND. Agakhan Compound is near the nose of the commissioner office, collector office, Pune railway police station, bund garden police station, CID office, Crime branch of India, Anti corruption bureau of India. thousands of complaints have been filed but due to corruption nothing is affecting the builder. According to media and thanks to YOU TUBE, GOOGLE and modern technologies his crimes are known to public. According to the media he was arrested for murder, rape, land grabbing but he bribed at all levels. Brahma Builders are wellknown in saying that every police and politician are saleable due to which he is moving freely creating terror.

Patience has ran over the heads of the residents and there will be a war and bloodshed in the compound.

Time and again complaints have been filed at pune, Maharashtra state, center level but there is no difference.

It is humbly requested to arrest all the persons related to the builder who come with weapons and put them before law.

Did those of you at Bramha Avenue ask for the agreement to be modified before buying the flat?
The agreement has no time frame for forming the society it leaves, it all very vague and in the builders favour.
Also what are the amenities that have not been provided? Can anyone shed some light?

Also please let me know if PMC water is available in the complex.

I have just purchased a flat .. and even a bank like SBI has provided me loan on it . That itself says that the papers are clear. I dont find any wrong doings atleast at bramha avenue.

Be careful when dealing with Bramha Corp. We decided to cancel the booking in one of the projects and they've been making me run around for many months for refund of booking amount.

Hello, I really Agree with A.R.M, Above complaints are really non factual from my point of view.
I have been their customer and their service is really appreciable. There are some natural delays but are acceptable looking forward from a mature mind..
Documentation is crystal clear and commitments are fulfilled not on but around time.

When I was purchased a flat that time not any this type Critical Situation create that I won't to buy this. And even bank also provide me loan without any problem. And Bramhacorp provide position of flat in around of time. So, I suggest every buddy to purchase flat in Bramhacorp Schema.
