i had purchesed the 4no of bridgestone tyres for Maurti 800 on dated 17/08/09,from Galaxy Motors tilak nagar Invoice no 001914 ,thru cradit card
They installed the new tyres and does the Wheel Balancing as well as the alignment,but they didnt submit the report of the same, after 30days of purchase the two tyres of front side of my car has been scrubed.
I went on 20th sep to the dealer and told about the tyre conditions,but he told me to come on 22nd sep,as bridgestone service engineer will check the problem.
on 22nd sep we want to the dealer again but the service engineer was not there,then he gives me the no address and the name of the service engineer,
I went to the given address B-100 Narayana industrial aera phase-1, i met Mr Arvind there Contact no is [protected],
I show him the stitution of the tyres,but he denide to solve my problem and told me that it is not the fault of the tyre or the wheelbalancing done by the dealer,it is the problem of the vehical.
i also send a mail to bridgestone company but still didnt get any response. so please help me in this matter i need proper justice
