[Resolved]  Brigade Group — Delay in delivering the apartment in Brigade Palm Springs

Dear Sir,

We were suppose to get the apartment a year back and we haven't yet got the apartment. I am paying Rs 20000/- Rent and Maintenance of 2500/-. I am also paying the EMI of 50000/-. We are trying to manage many things by taking loan from my father, breaking savings etc. I would like claim the compensation for all my extra expense during this delay.

Please help me on this.
