I have sent application/s to correct my name as "SREEDEVI MOHANAN" instead of SHRIDEVI MOHANAN appearing in the bill. But no avail.
Also I have writtem my email ID as
"[protected]@rediffmail.com"
but always they send sms intimating that "my billing details sent through e-mail Id wrongly. Now they requested to send correct email ID for e-bill, to Custoner Care Centre. But not delivering the SMS to customer care centre No. [protected] Was this information helpful? |
