BSNL Cellone — SIM Blockage

I was using cellone prepaid connection no. [protected] which was purchased through Baddi-Himachal Pradesh Telephone exchange. Now during my transfer to another state I lost the sim. When I approached Nakashipara Police station-WB they refused to take FIR as I had no cash memo/bill of the sim. Now, what should I do to prevent misuse of the sim.

I bought sms booster 21.12.09. I try to install yesterday. I wont get that facility. According to the advice of my dealer I tried many times. First report shows pending.
After sometimes it shows invalid. Towards the end of the day it shows it was temporarily barred. After that I tried to contact customer care. That too also I wont
get it. I want that facility essential. Please open the barred connection for me immediately. Please take it as most urgent. And give me the result of my complaint through my mobile. Yesterday itself I complaint two times and my complaint no's were 9330 5097, 9330 5101. So for I wont get any information. Please give me the status of my prior complaints.

on 30.9.10 at 13.00 my Nokia mobile IMEI NO:[protected] Model No: 2600 has stolen theft at Gajuwaka bus stop, Visakhapatnam Dt, Andhra Pradesh India. Otherwise the thief can make any distriubed calls to others. The mobile purchased at Nokia Priority dealer M M Associates, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad vide bill No: 33349 Dt. 18.6.08 and the mobile working with BSNL sim No: [protected] kindly block the sim immediately other the thief will distrub any body any time
