I hold a post-paid one india sim from bsnl and the nightmare has started by the time i subscribed for bsnl hello tunes. When i unsubscribed, i was asked to send the message and the confirmation message said its done. This is in last october and the payment they take or charge in every month's billing is still not updated. I am charged till this point. Right from feb '08, i was trying to solve this out ( was not in country from oct to jan '08) by approaching the nearest BSNL office, i was requested to contact the call centre: when i got connected to the call centre after a long time wait near abotu 15 mins everytime, no representative is capable enough to understand the issue first and more on top of that the response will be that 'server is down' - could either be because of server's inefficiency or theirs probably. when asked for the complaint cell number of contact person, no one responds and puts the call on hold indefinitely. This is highly annoying and i am going crazy to get out of a solution on this. When payment is made beyond the pay by date, we are charged with penalty and when a clarification or action is required from the other side, it is highly unbelievable that common public cannot get any response if not a refund Was this information helpful? |
