[Resolved] Cable Connection — service : customer support

I am new to moraj residency, vashi, navi mumbai. recently i got the cable connection in my flat from ashish cable (he is the only cable service provider here), he charged me 500 bucks for installation other than monthly rent. He installed the cable tv connection in the hall but i wanted in my bedroom, but he was charging me rs.100 extra for that . it all depends on lenghth of wire used in installation..i[censored] want installation in som other room they charge extra oz they do hav 2 pay 4 that xtra wire...try 2 understand their problem also dear..

My Samsung LCD television was damaged due to the electric passed through the cable connection and damaged the parts of the television. Can you please confirm if the cable operator is liable to pay us any compensation due to the quality of the wire
