Dear Sir,
Most remorsefully, I would like to say, the above mentioned gas agency do not have the minimum decency to talk to customers properly or for that matter listen or solve any grievances of the customers. There is a worker by the name Kaka who thinks he owns the gas distributorship.
He comes on a complain, as if he is doing the customer a favour. His behavior is atrocious. He does not know how to talk to a customer. Is this the treatment we are expected to get.
The dealers are here to solve our problems, come when there is a call. Explain and rectify the issue to the satisfaction of the customer. Instead this Kaka comes, does not bother to check anything properly, does not bother to explain anything properly, speaks so rudely and says if you face any more problem call again. We do not have any other job but to only make complains and sit at home to attend to their visit.
Phone call are not attended properly. So rude on the phone. If any accidents do take place who shall be responsible. Will Kaka take ownership.
I have ailing bed ridden parents. I cannot afford to be careless and carefree and take risk. Yet these people just come and give all old cylinders which actually should be discarded. Sometimes the washers are not checked. They do not want to check the cylinder to the satisfaction of the customer. They are always in a hurry. It seems they are doing us a great favour by supplying us gas free of cost. We are at their mercy.
Will be highly obliged if someone could take it up with them and teach the etiquettes of behaving with customers. They should teach their staffs that it is because of their customers they and their families are getting their daily bread and it is not the other way around.
