Cinemax India — REFUND NOT DONE BY COMPANY YET

BOOKED MY TICKET ONLINE BY CINEMAX.CO.IN, TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED AS STATUS WAS SHOWN CANCELLED BUT THE MONEY HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD, I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT MONEY WOULD BE REFUND WITHIN A DAY, I MAILED THEM, RESULT WAS SAME, BUT I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CREDIT CARD, AS I CONFIRMED FROM MY BANK ALSO.
