[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — complaint about the landline

dear sir my landline no[protected] is totally dead since 3days iotherwise i have already paid bill of rs 1850 it is not working so oi rrquest you to please look up into that matter it is 18yrs old connection it happend in first time in 18years

Personal — Dead for more than 2.5 months now

My BSNl broad band connected land line no. is[protected]

complained 4 times thru computerised complaint registration process. Till today phone is not activated.

Will the concerned in BSNL take my compaint & resolve it pls.

BSNL — phone is dead nobody take action against my complain

i am a subscriber of bsnl landline phone. my number is[protected]. my phone is dead since two month . against my complain nobody take action and also my telephone bill is coming regulalry
so please do something that my phone will work properly.
and please revised my telephone bill

Land line — broadband + netone charges taken together

sir, i have ph no.[protected] i have taken broad band connection on 3rd may 2008 but in the bill of month of june
including of broadband rent rs.500 some 115.6 net one used
charges has been included but i have no conection through another modem and no other icon in the computer now i am sure that i have not used dial up so please do reverse these charges
including service tax on my bill

BSNL - Telephone complaint — Telephone deed Nearly a month now

I have made complaint that telephone is deed on 29 Oct, 2008 in BSNL, Bangalore. I try calling the laneman, Divsion engineer, till date (27 Nov, 2008) no response. Only bill come promptly to calculate money. GOOD SHOULD HELP THE PUBLIC

broadband on landline phone — no respones on complaint

i am appling for bd on[protected] my app no 114159 but i din't have any kind of respons from bsnl zone office till 09/12/2008

this is asif khan from bangalore there is one rutine work of bsnl company for every month from the date of purvhacing the connection phone will be dead for 3-5days some times 1week and internet will be slow and even it will not work properly for 4-5days in a month so i want to take an action many a times i went to bsnl head pffice they will do there work they will check our connection there it self but same time when we check in our home the speed and the range of the net will not be like that while buying they say us the speed will be256kbps to 2 mbps but when i check through ..
the speed will be just 56 to 156 kbps only sometimes it will raise to 256 kbps

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 1.5 years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is 123/204, saresh bagh, gadariyan purwa, kanpur. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 15 days, no service man comes to my above address.) i cant even tolrate if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days, We are using Broadband for this number and we are facing too much problem and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline and for the broadband for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service.

BSNL telephone service — Bad telephone line and not attended for months

Hi,

My line[protected] is down as it happens every 2 months. I have booked complaint through online help with docket number 450 on 26th. It has not been attended. Please note that line is 15 years old and has many 'knots' of fixation and the line goes bad once every two months. Many requests for change of line cable and better solution did not have any attension.

Secondly, the line is so bad that we hear noise that does not allow proper hearing of voice or good communication. It is sheer waste of service. I am not able to do or take any international calls as echo is heard on such calls. I have again made many complaints and the issue is not sorted out for many years

Thirdly, I have made many requests since 7 months for Caller identificaion service. I have also written letter as suggested and submitted in person. I have also made several visits to office without solution to this.

It is surprising that we still have to subscription with BSNL

BSNL PUBLIC TELEPHONE — no response of new connection

I have deposited demand note amount on 21/10/2008, my d/n no is N535117.
till now no action has been taken by bsnl please look into the matter as soon as posible and hope faithfull responce from from your side.

my phone is completely dead since 7day i complained several times it is my office numbers so i am very upset there is no response from any body regarding this complaint no[protected] inspite of lodging several complaint i appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the loss

I have lodged a complaint with BSNL Delhi Gate Exchange Aligarh on 18.04.2009 vide Docket No.H-084 regarding non function of my telephone No.2513279. But till today no response from the Authorities and my telephone remains dead. But my utter surprise today I found my complaint is removed from the computer.
