Sony Ericsson — defective phone
I had purchased a G-700 sony ericsson mobile phone during jan 2009 and with a period of 6 months had to visit the service center 5 times. had to change the touchscreen 2 times and had repaired the phone for software errors thrice. inspite of my several complaints to sony ericsson on their call center no positive responsive reply given by them. The handset is still with the service center and I refuse to take the handset unless it is replaced by the company. Now I have filed a complaint with the company for a compensation for 50000 rupees as mental agony and torture i have undergone and also for replacement of phone since june but the company is silent on the issue yet, lets wait and watch what the company wants to do now my phone is sony ericssion C902 that mobile is luch feuter in mobile screen but tuch buteen not work proprely & after open cemera tuch not work and auo wark with out permition
Sony Ericsson — colouring defect in a phone

My name is Vishal Bhatia. I have purchased your brand on 24th April, 2008 because I heard this from other people that Sony Ericsson always produce best material in market but They were wrong because it is continuously producing problems to me. I have repaired this phone 5 times from your service center (Vibra Tec, East Patel Nagar, Delhi).Finally they had changed its mother board but again n again it is contionuously creating problems to me.Now I have submit me phone in 6th time in your service center. But this time they have admitted this without complaint no.they manually raise the complain slip.
So pls look at the matter and replace the faulty handset and arrange new handset in place of this faulty handset.
