Dear Sir / Mam,
I have a digital cable TV connection provided by Den Networks.
Due to some technical issue my set top box is unable to receive signal and suffering from this issue since last 2 weeks.
I raised a complaint against the Den Networks by calling their customer care. Below is the communication happened till date:
1st call to CC:
Response from CC : Our technical team will contact within 24-48 hrs and solve your problem.
Waited for 3 days but no response from the provider.
2nod call to CC:
Response from CC : Since you have not received any communication from our side I am raising a High level complaint and our technical team will contact within 24 hrs and solve your problem.
Again waited for 2 days but no response from the provider.
3rd call to CC:
Response from CC :Same response as above and raised 3rd level complaint
Still no response..
When I tried to call them again, they barred my number so that I cannot call them again.
Please suggest,that what should be my action against them..I am tired of the worst service provided by the Den Networks.
