I am Ram Singh from New Delhi India.My complaint againts the my bike central locking system is not working
I gave Bike for the service in Dewan Bajaj for third free service on morning 07/02/2010 they finished the service the same day and they when i gave bike for in the morning Central Locking in working whey but when i taking back my bike I found bike central locking is not working . After that I told all consult person like Supervisor Mr Rajesh, Machanic Mr Ajay and also service Manager but they all refused to resolve my bike central locking problem.
Sir Please kindly tell me what i will do for this problem.
Please tell me who is responsible for this kind of problem

deewan bajaj — lack of duty
my name is manav tiwari,i have given my bike on sevice to deewan bajaj palam colony...i have handed over the bike to service center at around 11 am,and they told me that the bike will be serviced at 6 pm in the evening..but my bike was not serviced at 7.30,even the job card was not prepared..they wasted my time as well as money,so i request you to look into the matter..the person's name was MR.ASHU
