Digicable — complaint about the LCO and highly interrupted services

From last 2 months cable gets disconnected 3 to 4 times daily for indefinite period and whenever I call local cable operator he does not responds to the phone and many times hes switches off his cell phone. I am highly irritated by these kind of fraud services. Apart from this almost all the english movie channels are not coming from last one month. I want my complaint to be resolved at the earliest as this is my second complaint on this forum and no solution was provided till date.
