I HAVE INSTALLED DISH TV SIX MONTHS A GO, MY SOCIETY IS SURROUNDED BY HILLS, SO IN MONSOON WHEN EVER THERE IS CLOUDY ATMOSPHERE OR RAIN STARTS I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW THE DISH TV PROGRAMMES. WHEN I TRIED TO CONSUMER HELPLINE ON 60013474, THE CALL DISCONNECTED SEVERAL TIMES, WHEN I TRIED NEXT DAY I RECD ENGAGE TONE. I WAS UNABLE TO LAUNCH MY COMPLAINT. DISH TV IS USELESS, THEIR HELPLINE IS EVEN WORST WORST WORST WORST. EVEN I[censored] ARE ABLE TO CONTACT THE HELP LINE ANY HOW IT IS GURANTEE YOUR PROBLEM WILL NOT BE SOLVED AND YOU WILL GET STEREO TYPE ANSWERS AND ALSO U WILL GET HEADACHE.BELIEVE ME.

Dish TV should pay a reasonable amount as decided by consumer court for the loss incurred by my family in not able to watch the different channel those could not viewed by us because of loss of channel for which we have paid the subscription from November 2006 to November 2008. (At least Rs.3, 00, 000/-)
Myself amruta kulkarni suggested a complaint but there is no use of complaints there is no response and there is an bad behaviour from customer care people they doesn't take an action for it so my experience is very very very bad for dishtv and i had suggested many of my friends that please dont take this type of stupid things because they really waste aour money and time

BIG TV — false commitment
HiI have purchased Big Tv DTh[protected]/11/2008 one year back and after one year the set top box started creating problem i made a complain to bigtv no[protected]
and the service engineer is asking for Rs 175 and that to i came to know it because i havent recharge my account as there was less balance in it, even before registering the complains the customer care executive haven't told that you will be charged service fee of 175 + the defect and now they are saying you can throw the dth is you dont want to pay the service charge
this was never told that you have to pay service charge
i would request all the big tv consumers plz check you account balance regularly
totally sales oriented comany only false commitment

DEAR SIR/MADAMI WOULD LIKE TO INFORM U THAT I MADE AN COMPLAINT IN BIG TV CUSTOMER CARE ON 01/NOV/2010 BUT UNTIL TODAY ON 06/NOV/2010 NO BODY HAS EVEN CALLED ME UP TO ASK ME AS I WAS PROMISED TO GET RID OF PROBLEM IN 48 HOURS THE COMPANY ASKED FOR FEES OF 175/- I AGREED TO IT BUT THEN ALSO THE COMPLAINT HAS GONE ON DEAF EARS I WAS GIVEN AN DEADLINE TWO TIMES BY CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET AN CALL BY ENGINEER AND THEY WOULD REACH MY HOME AT 12:00 IN NOON ON 06/NOV/2010 BUT NO BODY CAME AS EXPECTED NOR ANY CALL WAS RECEIVED. AGAIN CUSTOMER CARE IS MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS AND IS REGULARLY DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER REGISTERING AN COMPLAINT. AND IS ALSO MAKING FALSE COMMITMENTS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. KINDLY PLEASE HELP ME
