I had been charged twice for a single item at DMart, Hinjewadi, PUNE. I noticed it immediately after the cashier punched the same item for more than once. I called up the manager immediately. Inspite of seeing the mischarge they said it happened by mistake and did not want to correct the same. Later I thought of quitting and not buying from this outlet. Though I clearly saw it was done purposefully. Further to this, they have kept all their weighing machines for loose items purposefully below the fans, so that it weighs more than actuals. I think their license should be cancelled for such cheating behaviours with customers. Was this information helpful? |
This is a very sad incident I would like to bring to your notice which I faced on 25/10/11. The coca cola bottle blasted on our face. Reached the manager Mr Sushant to get this issued noticed, the response we got from him was " asa incident tho regular basis pe hota rehata hai uspe hum kya kar sakte hai". This response was not expected from the manager. This is not the customer service we are expecting from the staff. When asked the manager what's the next step the manager asked to clean our self and stand under the hot sun to get our self dried. The quote of the manager was pathetic. Manager stated " I cannot do anything else for you"
I Felt what the hell is this that if the manager is un able to resolve the issue of the customer then why is he there? Please get this issue resolved ASAP.
