There are several complaints against the builder. They have misled the consumer in multiple ways. The key complaint I would like to post it here is that they are not arranging for occupancy certificate. This is also coupled with the fact that they have built unauthorized construction (an extra floor/ set off deviations etc) and while getting to enjoy the rental income from unauthorized pent houses; are not caring to do the regularization and arrange with occupancy certificates.
