[Resolved]  DTDC — Parcel Lost (or Stolen) by DTDC

MOST CORRUPTED SERVICE

Hi,

I had a worst experience with DTDC,i have lost my 1500rs worth parcel I don't know whether i get any justice after this complaint,but people who visit this forum should get aware of these cheaters.

If these people come in front of me,i don't even bother to blast them with all bad words.

Even if you complaint to customer support they are the most corrupted fellows in this jobs.will give all diplomatic answers to disconnect the calls.

People i wanna sue are listed below.

Customer support team(Especially Nagraj)
Bommanahalil brach manager(Useless fellow,mobile no doesnt exist)
Gopal Bommanahalli branch(Acted like head)
Madiwala branch manager Manjunath(Always mobile switched off)
Bommanahalli Branch executive (Shipa & Renuka).
Madiwala Branch execuitve (Naveen)

Please check my below mail chain.
Additionally to that,they created a dummy DRS (its a forgery)to close the issue because of my complaints.



Hi,

I am not expecting such irresponsible reply from a customer support team.

What does it mean,if you are not able to track?.
You lost the parcel isn't it?.

Now i feel asking like one your people only stole it?.

You want me lose my parcel just because i chose DTDC to deliver that?.

I can't leave this as it is,i need some action to be taken for this.

Hi Ms.Radhika,

I got this contact from the DTDC website,hope it reaches you.

This is Sathish from bangalore & i am fed up with my recent transactions with DTDC ,i have sent a local (from yeswanthpur to HSR layout) courier on last Thursday (15/12/2011),but it's almost 4days the parcel has not reached.

When i try to approach the customer support,always it replies ,executives are busy,no response from the support team.

At last this evening,i got the line & contact number of bommanahalli branch.

When i try to call them[protected] ,its was a worst experience.No body picks up the call , and some how i got a person on line after so many tries.

I got a response saying ,we will get back to you within 10 mins,but nothing happened.

After an hour ,again i called them,executive named Ms Shipa picked & put me on hold,almost 20 mins no response from the other side.

I disconnected & called 3rd time,3rd executive named Ms Renuka gave some reply saying that the person who is delivering to that area is on leave.

I am wondering ,is it a proper response for the customers?.

Is it customer problem if the deliver guy is on leave, they have to use some other alternate person,seems like my parcel is lying their for past 3 days in the same branch.

And i asked the bommanahalli branch head(Mr Gopal) contact details ,when i tried calling its a wrong number([protected]),(not sure whether the branch head itself is pretending like a stranger).

Just for a local delivery,i need to struggle alot,now i am doubting about the other DTDC Services .

I need some actions for this.
