This mail is a complaint mail against DTDC courier services at sanpada branch , Vashi. i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing people in DTDC office are illeterate and extremly arrogant. they had to deliver a courier which had a clear address of lntinfotech mahape which your highly professional workers delivered to Reliance life insurance which is no where close to the mentioned address. i have a proof of this rediculous services provided by DTDC i have a photo copy of the reciept which has a clear address of lnt and the delivery seal of reliance. and when i called them to inquire about it they told me it is delivered to the right place so i had to go to the office to check for the reciept a was shocked to see your services. your resposibilty is not just to deliver but to deliver courier right just like other courier services. If at all you want to mke your services better let me help you Mr Yoginder Pandey and Ms Tasleem are responsible for this irresonsibility but are not ready to accept it. i am calling tehm since morning but they do not attend calls or disconnect them is this the way you people treat your customers if yes then i am sorry you have to pull up your socks now. This is a request of a customer who has suffered a loss of all marksheets just because of having faith in DTDC. i have always relied on other courier services and they all are perfect. this was the first time we relied on dtdc and sufferred big loss. so before you think of sending anything by DTDC make sure you want to loose it. I sent consignment no K29989642 to sri debanjan ghosh 4 lok nath chatterji lane shibpur howrah wb on 04.08.08 . unfortunately the matter has not been delivered at all and i was infomed that house door was locked which is next to impossible because 16 members live there in a joint family .The door is /was never closed. Actually no delivery person visited the house and false report on door locking has been furnished. The message in the consignment lost its utility for dtdc's fault. I have committed not to go to dtdc in future.

I too had sent a courier from Faridabad, haryana to Bangalore,
The parcel had a T-shirt that i had bought from israel worth Rs 720/- I sent it using DTDC, It was never delivered.
It took me many visits to their office in Faridabad to track the reason. They traced that the T-shirt was not delivered and was to be sent back to me... Whenthe parcel came to Bangalore office office the weight was 200gm, but when it was being sent from b'lore office it was only a torn envelope.
The delivery guy had torn open the envelope and took out the T-shirt.
The empty envelope was sent back to Faridabad office.
Those at Bangalore did not even attempt to find the thief.
NEVER USE DTDC TO SEND OUR COURIERS. DTDC IS CHEATER, FRAUD, UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE... I WILL PERSONALLY NEVER USE IT.

DTDC has cheated me as well.

dtdc branch in hissar did not receive the call.
My friend sent me some semi precious jewellery... Well he said it was not that pricey, but then it was purchased from a gold jewelry store. When I received the courier, the pendant and the bracelet (I had to pass on the latter item to another friend) had totally vanished and the parcel looked as if it was totally untouched. I've been trying to call the main office in Bangalore (Victoria Road) and no one's picking up the phone! And I went to another branch in Double Road (or KH Road) and they said nothing about it except asking me to call the office in Victoria Road!
I have not received my parcel from your courier service docket no is D01560319.

I am Netrapal Singh and one of my executive has send the courier from your branch office Bhopal to Manesar Branch.The doc no of my courier is 112493 dated 12.11.2009 but still i did not found my courier and that was Top Most Urgent.DTDC Courier — Totally irresponsible
My residence is in whitefield,bangalore. DTDC has 3 offices within a 10 km radius around my house. Due to lack of proper planning. They claim that my house falls outside of their delivery area and the courier person rudely tells me that they will not deliver.I called their branch office and was again rudely told that I need to call back in 1 hour. I called their headoffice and they gave me the customer support number. Mind you this number is not even available on the internet.
I called the customer support and they told me that when a courier person says they will not deliver, I am supposed to ask them if I can come and pick it up. How interesting ??
I will never ship DTDC again. Because there is no gaurentee that they will deliver.

In this condition we are spacing the problem from the month of April-10.

i m fully agree..dtdc is d worst service..i will advice our citizen of india please never use dtdc fr sending ur parcels couriers etc...i[censored] want to be sufferer thn no isssues. dnt think at once u sent n deliver i dnt hv ny problm but next time u may get..better dnt tak tat chance..
I sent some of the important document to Bangalore through the DTDC courier service, Chandivali branch, Mumbai on 23rd December. Today is 5th Jan 2012, my documents have not been reached to the spot. I enquired and found that “RTO” was written in the status. When I called DTDC customer care number they replied that “we cannot do anything, you cal that respective branch”. I called that Chandivali branch and after asking several times a person replied very rudely that this has become “RTO”, as there is no person with this name in Bangalore. Bangalore is my native and my parents are staying there in that address. I requested them to send it back at least, they roughly replied me that its in Goregaon (Mumbai) branch, if comes then we will see.

i booked courier from chennai to delhi F08908978 . then i tried to contact all customer care numbers provided in the official website, no one picked the call.. its very pathetic, is it the way a global companie will work...Non delivery of the consignment
I have book one consignment no. K64759479 on 23.08.2013. Till date the consignment has not reached to Hazaribag. I have tried to contact the Customer Service Deptt. No body has helped me.delivery very poor
courier booked from mumbai with receipt nO. M10083542 on 1 septmber 2014 to rajula pin 365560 Now 6 sept. but not receive courier and also not Give proper reply from dtdc.conignment not delivered
DTDC COURIER CN NO H 34227218 DATED 5/9/2014 BOOKED LOCAL MOTI NAGAR HYDERABAD TO MIYAPUR HYDERABAD NOT DELIVERED EVEN ON 13/9/2014. NO RESPONSE FROM THE E MAILS SENT TO DTDC REGIONAL OFFICE, HYDERABAD, CORPORATE OFFICE. Consignment D60241813 booked on 24th august and picked up on 27th August from Fulia west bengal, reached their Garia hub on 28th August but not delivered to my place yet which is hardly 7-8 kms from their garia hub... when ever I tried to reach to their central contact they only tell that material will get deliver today but don't know when that day will come???? They are giving false commitments everyday... I have email to their customer support but not getting any reply as well... don't really understand what to do now?
