Dear sir,
I (Mr. Manojkumar yadavrao chavan, aurangabad) here by sending you this complain letter specialy at mumbai head office, due to a very low quality conversation and niglediable tendency of aurangabad branch of durian.
I am your costumer since 26/01/2009, by purchasing a complit furniture set for my well furnished flat addressed at kasliwal garden area, jalna road, aurangabad. With 1st billing of rs.1, 10, 000 only by cash payment mode.
As an amount of billing i think i am your customer in prestigieous level, due to this there should be a policy of good conduct, good language and most important good service too. But by the lack of above maitained things your durian office at aurangabad treated me as a very poor service, and dishonoured by local office.
Number of times service was issued by me due to lowest quality material provided by your end.In which my first service bill occurred only on dated 09/01/2010 as sofa cum bed, sofa set and a wooden dressing table stool repairing. According to local office maneger at aurangabad all furniture moved to local service centre by my own responsibility and transporting charges
Due to this type of policy i get more hedache, even on date of 12/6/2010 again material was moved to service station by my own transporting charges. All records should be collect by your local head office at aurangabad for the refrence of services.
All sofaset spare parts has been dameged number of times even after replacing with new one its life was only for 3-4 months, once refurbished sofa was sent to me then i found very low quality sponge in sofa as a cussion product,
After servicing – service is very very poor, replaced material is of very bad quality used for, and durability and strenth of goods are not strong as acording to its price.
Recently on 18/06/2011 i complained a service issue for sofa set, at that time no respond from your local branch or manager. Even in warranty period, service engineer suggested that he will repair all the problems and clear the issue only if you pay for service as well as spares. I am not clearify with your service policies as well as your sale tendancy.
Durian is one of a rich name in furniture world, due to that only we offer you as our supplier for furniture and if you not supply superior quality acording to its value then it will be a very bad impresion for respected company.
You can varify all situations and condition of furniture by your service engineer from mumbai.
If no action will be taken by your end immediatly, a ligual action from consumer court will be send to you soon, kindly don’t allow me to take such step

Dear Sir,
During Feb 2015 I was purchased Sofa Set, Dinning Table+6 Dinning Chairs and Centre table from your Allahabad Show Room, since than I never felt after sales service requirement.
Now one leg/feat (of Conical shape made of Plastic material length about 4 to 6 inches tied with three small screws) of my sofa and bottom plank of dinning table was got damaged. Also now I am in the need of Similar sofa 2 Nos (single Seater), therefore I approached to your Showroom at Allahabad on phone as well as personally on 14.03.18. But response from your show room Manager (Mr Tripathi) and others staff was totally hope less, rather they were trying to prove that I have to contact Company (for repairs) directly through e-mail and that I am in a wrong procedure by making direct complained to show room of Durian at Allahabad for need of such repairs (One should be very clear while new purchase I have contacted to show room not to Duration Company).

Show Room Manager and others have asked me cost of purchase of one leg/feat of sofa Rs. 675/-. I was not having problem to pay the same but when asked for rate list or basis of such cost, they have refused to show me the rate list or the base of such cost of one leg/feat of sofa. They were trying to make me understand that they can provide me bill of any amount with 18% GST for such tiny material. They were also trying to make me understand that this work can also be done "locally" rather approaching durian showroom/Service centre. Material is still covered under Warranty Period.

I have already submitted Bill/Cash memo of the purchase to durian mail address with request to communicate to your Show room at Allahabad and may please arrange necessary repairs as asked with request to provide rate for the material to be used /consumed in advance for such repairs.

Kindly refer to my previous mail from which It is clear that I don't have problem with charging of material cost required to repair the furniture/Sofa as I do understand that the same is not covered under 5 yrs warranty. Also I have not asked Durian through my mail or at Durian showroom Allahabad to do the the repair free of cost. Problem is with the response and behaviour of Durian showroom Manager and staff who was :-

(1). Not ready to show me the rates of material required for repair of sofa, for which they were asking me Rs.675/- (purchase cost for on leg/feat of Conical shape Plastic Material length about 4 to 6 inches tied with three screws) without satisfying and showing me base/rates of this cost.
(2). Trying to convince me that I am on a wrong procedure by contacting directly for repairs to Durian Showroom at Allahabad instead of contacting Durian Company directly.
(3). Trying to convince me to get the repair my furniture locally in less rate/cost.
(4). Very much confident by offering me Bill for any amount for such repairs by charging 18% GST.

As already communicated, such behaviour and response from durian Showroom at Allahabad is not at all acceptable, as well as does not suits with the reputation of Durian, which needs suitable action. Same time Durian Showroom Manager and other staff at Allahabad needs counselling to learn to behave with customers.

In hope that Customer Support Team - DURIAN INDUSTRIES LTD will take up the matter appropriately and will suitable reply the issues raised.

Again it is being communicated/Confirmed that cost of the material required to repair will be born by me subject to disclosing the rates of material to be used in repairs in advance with justified base/authentic rate list.
