[Resolved]  Easycab — Non reporting of taxi

I booked a taxi on 16.11.12 evening for a drop to Delhi Domestic Airport at 0800 HRs on 17.11.12. Immediately I got a SMS confirming my booking via booking ID A[protected].

Next day after waiting till 07:55 Hrs for the taxi, I called them to check the vehicle details. It was confirmed that the vehicle on its way and will reach in another five minutes and diver will give you a call immediately. After waiting for five more minutes , I again called them to ask the driver's cell no. This time their tel-executive apologised and informed that taxi could not be sent.

Immediately I rushed out from my guest house to reach Airport. I could not find a cab so I had to move by an auto rickshaw. With the help of auto and bus, I cud manage to catch my flight Just in time, but it was only a last minute affair.

Moreover being a Mumbaikar, I was not carrying much of woollens and auto being open from all sides, one can imagine the situation the kind of situation I would have went.

THEREFORE, I SUGGEST ONE AND ALL NOT TO TAKE SERVICES OF EASYCABS.
