This is bring to your notice the inconvenience caused by Easycabs (Bangalore) yesterday 04th Dec 2012.
I had called Easycabs[protected] at around 5:50 PM. to book a cab for my wife from Southend Road Basavanagudi to Krishnarajapuram at 7:30 PM. The person who attended the call took a moment to verify if cabs were available at the request time from pick-up point. He confirms that cabs were available and went ahead and confirmed the booking.

I was told i would receive a call from driver about 30 min's before pick time (i.e 7 PM). When i did not receive a call from driver until 7:10 PM, i tried calling back the call center to check the status of request. But the call center was busy and i was not able to talk to any customer service executive.
Later at 7:16 PM i receive an message that due to non-availability of cabs in the request area booking would not be proceeded.
This cancellation caused so much of in-convenience and panic due to last minute cancellation. As it had been raining and my wife was stranded in office until i had another plan in place.
This is really heights for irresponsibility shown by company providing services all over India. I had another service provider confirming no availability to cabs and did not proceed with booking a request.
Request you to please take appropriate action for such irresponsibility, so that next time other customers do not face such similar situation.
