On April 4, 2005, I bought an Electrolux from Fridge House, Thrissur. The code no: EM17EG8LW and Serial No.:[protected]. After a few months, the display stopped functioning. So I contacted the local Electrolux service centre in Ernakulam on January 30, 2006. They discovered that the control display board was not available. After my frequent calls, on March 9, 2006, they came and fixed a display which was unclear. They assured me that they would fix the correct one when the stocks came. They said it was a PCB complaint.
I continued using the oven even though the problem remained. Then oven stopped working, immediately after I switched it on.
By the time my guarantee period was over. When I contacted the service centre, they demanded Rs 200 as service charges. They came and took the microwave on August 21, 2007. So far, I have not received the oven back. I have made more than 100 calls and they say they will come in one or two days. Was this information helpful? |
my microwave model no. 2350 serial no. 40701066, purchased on date 18.10.2005 we presently not working i had complaint to nearest customer care center but with no reply . customer care centre name is APOORVA COOLING SAKET NAGAR KANPUR BUT THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE CENTER. I HAD ALSO THE COMPLAINT NO.
