When I Arive In The Uk With My Family, On The 9th August 09 ( Flight No. EK037 )We Found Our Suitcase Was Broken And It Was Secured With A Emirates Plastic Bag We Were Advised To Take The Suitecase To Damaged Luggage Office To Which We Did ( DPR File Reference BHXEK18045 ) Officer Has Fill In Complaint Form For Us And Ask Us To Contect Agent For Damage Suitecase To Which We Did And The Matter Is In Prosses Now We Need Advise On Our Lost Items From The Broken Suitecase Could Somebody Please Advise Me On To Were To Claim For The Missing Items Contact Me On This Number : [protected] As I Have Tried To Contact Emirates But I Have Not Been Contacted Back Yet

We (6 families)travelling back on 12-30-09, they cancelled our flight from ahmedabad back to Dubai, then to San Francisco.
I spent 4-5weeks to confirm tickets of my family and they did not confirm till todays date to the same route, instead they confirmed via JFK (New York), they are big liers and cheaters. They can cancel your flight easily without informing you and for their money saving they will change your route like they did for our flight, they have thousands of excuses to deny or to give better choice for the customer.If they don't save money they will never give you the flight ticket which otherwise is available online.
I talked with 25 people at Mumbai, Dubai & New York, all of them are extremely well trained for saving money and how to lie to save money.

Talked with Arlene, rohan Joanne, Janice and so called very helpful Supervisors including Om, Oovaksh probaly from Munbai or dubai
And Aly from Dubai.
They cancel the flight and do not inform you when they can save money by joining two flights and don't care about any of you convenience to switch your flight and give worse route like they did for us( FROM AHMEDABAD TO DUBAI, THEN FROM DUBAI TO JFK, NY, AND FROM JFK TO sAN FRANCISCO BY DOMESTIC AIRLINE AGASIN TO SAVE MORE MONEY AT THE COST OF YOPUR INCONMVENIENCE AND LOSS OF YOUR MONEY(my personal experince AND DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM HIGHER AUTHIOTRITY AS WELL, INCLUDING AVIATION MINISTER OF INDIA AS WELL (GOODLUCK FOR THAT UNLESS YOU BRIBE THEM)
I spent calling several hours/days of my travel/vaction time for confirming the ticket of their choice.
Think several times before you travel by Emirates AirLines.
I also request other travellers of the date 12-30-09 about their experince and post it on this or On Twitter and make sure inform [protected]@emirates.com.
Some other PNR Numers of my friends and family I do know but not going to post on this web site, none of them were informed about their flight change neither by email, or phone numbers which we provided for both countries (INDIA and USA).
