The failed message generates as a result of either link failure with our suppliers system or non availability of the requested seat at the time you submitted your Booking Request. We are sure that you will also agree that performance of external systems is not within our control. However, we understand that such technical issues adversely affect your experience on our site. We are closely working towards minimizing such instances.
The return sector was a confirmed booking and hence cancellation charges are applicable as per the airline rules.
