[Resolved]  Firstcry.com — not received the refund of my canceled order

http://www.firstcry.com — did not received the refund of my canceled order on first cry

Hi,

I had placed order for the "Maybelline - The Colossal Kajal" on http://www.firstcry.com on dated "[protected]:35:31" , may be due to some technical issue my order was cancelled , but my credit card is charged.

I complain at a time on the website via the live chat they told me that it will refund in next 8-10 days, but still i didn't get my refund from the site. i already chat more than 5 time with them and they always told me that we will check and revert back to you. it was still not refunded and now really i m tired with this people.

they will mail me that please check have you refund or not i already replied back with that I had no any refund still , but they didn't replied of my mail. last option is that now i have to complain here for the same.

Hope will resolved same. else i will process further. waiting for quick and prompt response.
