I have received today the wrist watch which is not functional, i wanted to gift it but now i am realy angy as this kind of service is not accepted.
My order number is [protected]. Custermer service team is saying they will pick up the product in 10 days than in antoher weak or so they will process refund. For COD they can arrange cash from courier service but for refund they cant ask the Courier boy to give money back and take the product. This is rubish.
I want my money back within 5 day. IF YOU PEOPLE CAN TAKE MONEY THROUGH COURIER BOY Y, YOU CAN ALSO ARRANGE REFUND THROUGH TEAM AND HAVE YOUR RUBISH PRODUCT BACK.

I am extremely sorry to know that you have received the product in a damaged condition. Let me confirm that we make sure that the ordered product are delivered to the customer in a good condition however in rare cases the products get damaged in transit as happened in your case.
