I am extremely sorry to mention that the processing and dispatch of your order was unfortunately affected due to the tremendous response of said product. We had coordinated with the brand to arrange additional units however were unable to arrange the same and hence have gone ahead and cancelled the order.
As discussed, I confirm that the amount charged to you against the order has been refunded from our end. Let me assure you that the refund amount will reflect in your forthcoming card statement.
Kindly appreciate that what happened in your case is not typical of FutureBazaar level of customer service. You are a valued customer and and we will drive to ensure that such inconvenience will not be repeated in the coming time. Futurebazaar.com — fraud
I had placed an order for Nikon 12MP Camera on 5th Dec 2010 through my credit card on futurebazaar.com. My order no is [protected].I had received the camera accessories on 13th Dec. Before that I had complained to future bazaar regarding camera status as it showed in their website under order status as "In process "The complain no which is 590141.
I received a reply from Shweta Agarwal from Futurebazaar on 13th Dec stating the camera is not readily available & we are arranging for the same & the same will be dispatched on or before 17th Dec. To my utter surprise I received a call from one of the executives from futurebazaar on 18th Dec.& was shocked to know that the camera is not available with them & they cannot deliver the same. As per the executive the money would be refunded to me & the accessories which I had received it earlier will have to be returned to the nearest Big Bazaar or Pantaloons showroom. This is not acceptable at all.
I have a serious doubt on the credibility of this company with following points unanswered
1. When futurebazaar.com doesn't have the product in hand they should not advertise & make fool of the customers.
2. They are cheating on the consumer by taking the money & keeping the same for longer run & then informing the customer of refunding the money. Probably they have started a new business of earning money through interest of the customer’s money in this way.
3. I strongly believe its responsibility of the company to arrange for the product in whichever manner they can as it’s not my fault. If not they should compensate the customers by paying penalty.
4. They should not be allowed to advertise products for sale on their website if they don't have stocks.
5. While purchasing they don't even mention on the products whether it’s limited stocks or sold out.
I request there should be some strong action taken against them for cheating with public money & making false commitment. I will never buy any further product from futurebazaar & will surely start the campaign through my social networks & make everyone aware of their malpractices & at the same time request the other people not to get mislead by them .
