[Resolved] GadgetsGuru.com — Payment given online but the product not shipped even after 1 month | |
On 2nd of August i made a purchase of a PS3 gaming CD worth RS 1700 with order no 28081.Payments were made via credit card.After 15 days i called their customer care. When i made the enquiry i was told the item has run out of stock and they will ship as soon as they get the item.Its almost been a month now but no signs of my item.I mailed them several times that they ship me a diffetent CD that they have in their stock.But no reply is being made. I can only conclude that this is real fraud site and warn all net users to be beware of this site. Was this information helpful? | |

GadgetsGuru is an online fraud site. They take money and don't deliver products in most cases. My order has been pending for the last 2 months. None of the customer care nos. will ever respond once you make the payment (the same guys were super prompt before they got the payment). It's a shameless scam organisation that should not be allowed to operate.
