My fiancée had ordered a flower basket of 50 Red & Pink Roses alongwith 1 Kg black forest cake on the occasion of valentine day. The gift was very costly & around 2.5k (http://www.giftstoindia24x7.com/valentine_gifts.aspx?proid=GTI1529&CatId=21...⇄ . Still my fiancée ordered it for me so that i can get it on 14th feb 2011. Inspite of constant reminders, these self proclaimed professionals didn't deliver the gift on this day. There are many other companies which also take online orders and deliver them on time "except this company". The people sitting at the customer care office don't even know what to talk, they don't know hindi or english, don't give you proper response on phone. Even after 5-6 constant reminders on phone + a long mail chain of over 10 mails couldn't help us to get the delivery on time.
This is a complete lack of business ethics, wrong professional attitude and a clear signature of money sucker company. I want them to refund the amount as the moment has already passed,the reason for gift is gone with the emotions attached to it, but again, I don't have much hope of refund either.
I suggest anyone who is planning to gift someone special anything online, pls don't chose giftstoindia.com , you don't want to ruin spl moments in your loved one's life !
