I bought a cooking range from Glen distributor Kolkata around July last year and it is under warranty.
Last week while cooking with the top cover in standing position (which is obvious) my Cooking range (GL 2012 PLT AI) top cover glass suddenly exploded which led to minor injuries to my mother and her sister.
I immediately called Glen service and they did not pay much attention and they sent their technician after 2 days after repeated calls.
Also their technician Mr Biswajit Das (Bapi) who came on 14th Mar has said that there is a problem with the set and he won't mention to Glen because he is an employee with Glen as in that case Glen has to fix the set or replace the set free of cost.
Also i tried reaching Mr. Arun Malhotra couple of times on 14th Mar & 16th Mar at their head office in Faridabad and he din't speak with me, always his secretary said that he is not available now.
After that i sent a mail to Glen on 16th Mar, i'm yet to recieve a reply on that also. Was this information helpful? |
