[Resolved] Godrej — fridge is not working | |
I HAVE A DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE OF GODREJ COMPANY AND JUST ONE MONTH BACK I HAD REPAIRED IT AS THERE WERE SOME COOLING ISSUES AND WHICH WAS ON PURPOSELY DELAYED BY THE EXECUTIVES DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO THROW LOT OF FOOD AND MILK STORED IN THE FRIDGE AND AGAIN NOW AS ON TODAY ITS THE SAME THING AND THE TECHNICIAN DOES NOT TURN UP AT A GIVEN TIME AND HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR THIS IS THE WAY GODREJ HELPS THE CUSTOMER PLS HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM Was this information helpful? | |

the company only charged me 975 rs and i had to throw all my food and other perishable goods out of the fridge due to technicians non cooperation and delay in doing my job on time i had to face the loss, who will pay for this now Godrej customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
