[Resolved]  Godrej Refrigerator double door — Not cooling

My complaint Nos are [protected] &[protected].Fridge not cooling.Gas block.Tecnician visited today only and told gas block.It will take another two days.The Fridge is not working for the past 26 days. After the first complaint people came and inspected and filled gas.Again it's gas block within 10days. The Fridge is under AMC till 2014. Service is like this

IT IS VERY PAINFUL AND SHAMEFUL TO INFORM SUCH A RUTHLESS BEHAVIOR OF THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO ATTEND THE SERVICE REQUEST, AND IS NOT CLOSING THE ISSUE BUT MAKING EXCUSES. BEING A LADY CUSTOMER IT SEEM THAT WE STILL LIVE IN A WORLD OF TABOO ; WHERE CUSTOMER INTEGRITY IS JUST A WORD.IS THIS THE LEVEL OF RESPONSE WE ARE GIVING TO CUSTOMER? THE COMPLAINT WAS LOCKED YESTERDAY AT 10.AM AND NOW IT IS 10 PM.
