Sir,
On 20th June I was received a notification message from Airtel server to my number [protected] that 'for Hellotunes call 578785 (TollFree)'. I called to that number twice. On first attempt I got the info about new hellotunes. But after the second attempt, I was received a message that 'Due to low balance, you have been charged Rs 25/ for 25 days...' it is sure to me that I hadn't pressed any key during the call attempt. And they charged Rs 25/ from my a/c. I contacted customer care executive. But he said 'he don't know', and they will connect my call to senior officer. They did it, but the call was never attempted...damn service...!
It is not the firt time towards me from Airtel acts like this, they was charging everymonth saying that 'You are activated' eventhough my phone is not reachable area. Most of the customers have the same complaints with Airtel.

I request to take an immediate action to stop this robbery by Airtel and to warn them to repay the amount to this ([protected]) number.
