We bought macro stand on 04/06/2011 from Hometown Bangalore. It took 3 days to hometown to deliver it after multiple calls and reminders. It was supposed to be delivered on monday but got delivered on tuesday. It was supposed to be assembled the next day, till now no calls from Hometown. When I called it says that it will take more time. Their customer care told me that I should go through the back side of bill to read their 100 rules !! While buying product they are totally different, and after billing attitude changes.They should have specified it while buying that their policy is to torture the customer. The packed Macro stand is lying in my living room. Customer buys product to make house better or make it Filthy by packed boxes!!
First they did not know when will it be delivered, and then when it will be assembled!! They think customer is fool to wait whole day at home for them.
Hometown belongs to Future Group. Prestigious Group should maintain dignity by keeping their promise to customers!!
