[Resolved]  Honda Unicorn Bike — Poor Service from Honda Unicorn Dealers

I purchased honda unicorn bike from Purackel Motors Kottayam, Kerala on 24/08/09. After my third servicing on 11/11/09 ,it seen that the bike accidently stops while riding. It occurs after i ride a few kilometer from service station on 11/11/09. Within 40 kms the bike stops about 8 times. After that several times this complaint occurs... On the same day i complained @ Purackal about their poor srevicing. But they speak irrespectively towards me. So i corrected the complaint outside. Before servicing there is no such complaint for my bike. Here I would like to notify that the servicing i got from Purackal is too bad and irresponsible...I never had such an experience ever before..

Im Mr.Rahul from Kerala [Karunagappally]. I have purchased my Honda Unicorn from an authorised showroom in Kerala.Now i have to forward a complaint against the service of one of your authorized service centre in Kerala, Proper address- Vahini Honda; K.S Puram; Karunagappally; Kollam.
Here is my complaint following,
On 19-09-09 i gave my bike to the above mentioned service centre inorder to fix a problem in chain loosage and also for a paid service.Before that i didnt faced anyother problems but after this service my bike turns to damn fault. Now its not fit for proper riding.ie, engine did not stay ON for a while. And im not satisfied with the irresponsible response from the service provider. They didnt serviced my bike properly and their misbehaviour to customers provoked me a lot. Thats why i here by to post a complaint against the inconvenience from your service providers. And if you continue with the same responses your valuable customers didnt stay with you.
So i need your valuable reply and suggestion.And also hope you will inform the respective Dealer showroom about my complaint.

Honda Unicorn — improper servicing

I have been a customer of honda unisorn bike since last approx. 05 years but till date I have had a number of services of the bike at the authorised honda service station but till yet not even a single service has been upto the mark .Infact there is no one responsible at the station to answer or look after the problems.There is lack of experienced and skilled staff at the station.

Such a good produst no doubt but the bad services provided are making it all black listed.

Secondly,I have booked a honda activa scooter past 1.5 months paying Rs.500.00 as the booking amount but till now i havent received the scooter.Whenever i call for the delivery it is being told that the lot is about to come and it will take one more month for the delivery.

If possible please help me in the above problems

I have purchased a Honda Unicorn Bike in October 2007. After 10000 km in each 2 days I have to adjust the chain. I went to one of the Showroom in Orissa. He suggest me to change the Chain & Spocket, But Why he didnot confirm me. After change it again same problem continues to me. I have to adjust the chain alternate day. I had gone several showrooms regarding in this matter, but same problem continues upto date. Please give A suggestion What to do next ?

Poor Service from Honda Unicorn Dealers
Im Ravi from Nagercoil. I have purchased my Honda Unicorn from an authorised showroom in Nagercoil.Now i have to forward a complaint against the service of one of your authorized service centre in Nagercoil, Proper address- Marikar Motors, Nagercoil.
Here is my complaint following,
My veh model is 2007 and i gave my bike to the above mentioned service centre in order to fix a problem. Before that i didn't faced any other problems but after this service my bike turns to damn fault. Now its not fit for proper riding.ie, engine did not stay ON for a while and the engine is HEAVY RISING after riding one or two kms. And im not satisfied with the irresponsible response from the service provider. They didn't serviced my bike properly and their misbehavior to customers provoked me a lot. Most of the Unicorn customers did not satisfied because of improper servicing. All are telling the complaint against the particular service provider. We thought that there is not having proper mechanics eventhough they delivered 20-40 vehicles per day. Just pour with water in the standing position... Thats why i here by to post a complaint against the inconvenience from your service providers. And if you continue with the same responses your valuable customers didnt stay with you.
So i need your valuable reply and suggestion.And also hope you will inform the respective Dealer showroom about my complaint.(This is not only one customer report...most of the customer at nagercoil is suffering a lot.)

Honda unicorn bike — no good services no parts bad services

i am fade up with this Honda bike because no spare parts in jhaveri auto and with dealers and honda is very bad nowadays and bad services .no good honda bike i dives people to not to buy honda bike because no parts are available with honda and no good services
there is no parts in muthoot honda thodupuzha and useless staff and management.
I to bought my CB UNICORN from PURAKAL HONDA . My complait is that their service is very poor i am saying the truth. I to had the same experience.
