We purchased the product HDC No.1017.2013/1490 on July27th 2013 from Housefull International Ltd, Bangalore - Kalyan Nagar. the commited date as per invoice is: Aug 10th 2013.
But Delivered the damaged item. So, we gave a complaint in front of the Houseful person on 10th Aug 2013. Complaint number is: CC/2013/8/1023. We have not received the response till today. We made phone calls to Bangalore and Mumbai offices. No one is taking the responsible. If we are asking to create another complaint ticket to the Complaint department, which they are not doing so. We got a message as such the product was delivered and assembeld (without doing so). Evev though we booked the item on July 27th, we are still waiting for proper response.
The BAD NEWS is:
We are not receiving any contact person who handles such kind of issues from Housefull. Bangalore office points to Mumbai. Mumbai office points to Bangalore. How it matters to the Customer? The Bangalore office (where we purchased the item) are not at all giving the response except Mumbai office numbers. If Bangalore office is not responsible for the item delivery, why should they need office in Bangalore? We could have purchased from online or from some other store.
The response from the store as well as from customer care is not at all addressing the issue. We made several calls to different Housefull people. Even today morning around 11 AM, we made several calls to customer care. They are getting the information then subsequently terminating the call (after 15 min or so) without giving any intimation. Why should I spend time and money and undergo mental stress?
Please address the issue ASAP.
